Which CRM works best for a travel company using WhatsApp leads?
A travel operator is getting most leads from WhatsApp and Instagram. They need lead assignment, follow-ups, quotation history, and payment reminders. Zoho, HubSpot, or something lighter?

ERP consultant 路 11 days agoZoho can work if the process is defined first. I would start with lead stages, quotation templates, and missed follow-up alerts before adding automation.

WhatsApp automation builder 路 11 days agoFor WhatsApp, keep opt-ins and templates clean. CRM fails when every chat is treated as a custom exception.
